First Year of the Chancery Court of Wyoming

Posted by Clyde Hutchins | Jan 12, 2023 | 0 Comments

During the year 2022, the Chancery Court of Wyoming got up and running. I had a good introduction to the Chancery Court as I entered 2 of the 13 cases filed last year. My experience with the Court was good.

Since it is a new court, the docket is not crowded. If you have a business dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation, it is worthwhile to consider utilizing the Chancery Court to quickly resolve the dispute. To have your case resolved in Chancery Court, it must fit one of the business or contractual types of disputes that the Court is designed to handle. Additionally, both parties have to agree to have their dispute tried in the Chancery Court. If you have any questions, feel free to contact Harmony Law, LLC at (970) 488-1857.
