Individuals Dismissed with prejudice from Civil Action brought by Wyoming Attorney General
Several individuals were brought into a lawsuit filed by the Wyoming Attorney General against several companies for alleged violations of the Consumer Protection Act. After sustaining aggressive and relentless attacks by the Wyoming Attorney General, the tide turned. The Wyoming Attorney General’s Office gave up in the face of a stone wall against its attacks. The individuals were dismissed from the action with the promise that they would not do business in Wyoming or with Wyoming residents (something they were not doing anyway).
