Successful Resolution of Business Trademark Dispute
Recently, someone came to me with an international business dispute involving various issues including trademarks. Early on I reviewed the case and reached a conclusion as to the most likely way it would be resolved at mediation. We began to litigate the case. Several months later, the other side offered to resolve the case in exactly the manner I had anticipated. To the penny. It was a favorable resolution for my client to an otherwise sticky case that would have dragged on for many months, if not a year or two.
